DKSH Performance Materials scales up its personal care business in Italy by acquiring Gale & Cosm
DKSH Performance Materials has acquired 100% of the share capital of Gale & Cosm S.r.l. ("Gale & Cosm"), strenthening their presence in Italy by adding a leading distributor of specialty chemicals for the personal care industry, offering formulation capabilities in cosmetics, haircare, and home care applications. DKSH is planning to fully integrate the company into its existing operations. All 11 Gale & Cosm employees will become part of DKSH's operations in Italy.

Founded in 2000, Gale & Cosm ingredients portfolio is highly complementary to DKSH's existing product offering, creating additional cross-selling opportunities. This coupled with their portfolio of established own brands, formulated in-house by dedicated R&D chemists, futhers enriches DKSH's offering of premium specialty products.
