Barentz acquires Insuquim as it continues to expand its ingredients distribution platform in South America
Barentz International, a leading global specialty ingredients solution provider, has acquired Insuquim S.R.L., a prominent and trusted distributor of speciality chemicals and ingredients in Paraguay. The acquisition expands Barentz'presence in Paraguay and bolsters their growing network in South America.

Established in 1993, Insuquim is known as a leading distributor of specialty ingredients in Paraguay, serving industrial, pharmaceutical, human nutrition, and personal care markets. The company also operates one of the largest, independently owned GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) certified facilities in Paraguay ensuring high levels of quality, compliance, and service for ingredient storage and distribution. Insuquim is headquartered in Asunción and employs more than 35 people.
