Biesterfeld forms a JV company in India with local partner Hildose Pharmaspecialties
The Biesterfeld Group founded the joint venture company, Biesterfeld Hildose Speciality Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., with its long-standing partner Kersi Tangri, owner of Hildose Pharmaspecialties. With this joint venture, Biesterfeld is creating a strategic and long-term foundation for an active presence in India for both sourcing and distribution of pharmaceutical ingredients, intermediates and specialty chemicals. Kersi Tangri and Andreas Lekebusch have been appointed Managing Directors and the company is based in Mumbai.
We have enjoyed a very trusting and successful partnership with Kersi Tangri for more than 25 years. I am very pleased that we will now intensify this further as part of our joint venture.
