UK-headquartered 2M Holdings Ltd acquires Italian life sciences distributor, Bregaglio S.r.l.
2M Holdings Ltd ("2M") has announced an agreement with Zschimmer & Schwarz Group to acquire 100% of Bregaglio S.r.l. (Italy). Bregaglio is an established distributor to the personal care industry in Italy and more recently to the nutraceutical and food supplments segments in the region. Bregaglio's strong brand name and technical expertise is seen as a natural fit with the life science distribution of the Surfachem Group, a 2M Group Company.

Bregaglio represents leading producers to the personal care sector in Italy and in other European countries. Besides Zschimmer & Schwarz key suppliers include Symrise, Salvona, Agrimerand PQ Corporation. 2M plans to support Bregaglio's further growth through innovation for the benefit of its customers and suppliers.
