Ravago Chemicals have acquired a majority stake in Ceda Holdings Ltd. and its operating subsidiary, Ceda Chemicals Ltd., a leading speciality chemical distributor in the UK market, with a strong focus in markets such as water treatment, construction & adhesives, hygiene, household & industrial cleaning solutions and lubricants.

Besides the UK, Ceda Chemicals also distributes speciality chemicals to customers in Europe and S. America and the company's sourcing activities are concentrated in the growing Asian markets of China, Taiwan, South Korea and India.

Ravago Chemicals has been operating in the UK since 2014 through the acquisition of Innovia Solutions. The business was renamed Ravago Chemicals in 2018.
