Caldic acquires Chemhouse Marketing and Brink Chemicals in India
Caldic have acquired Chemhouse Marketing and Brink Chemicals ("Chemhouse"), an India-based distributor of specialty and natural ingredients to the personal care industry. The activities of Chemhouse will be integrated in to Caldic's APAC organization which operates under the Connell Caldic brand in the Asia-Pacific region. The transaction marks the first acquisition following the recent merger of the businesses of Connell and Caldic in Asia-Pacific.

Founded in 1999, Chemhouse is the exclusive distribution partner of global principals for the supply of novel ingredients that require nurturing and assistance in developing fit-for-purpose formulations. These activities are supported by company's state-of-the-art application center which provides customers with value-added services like concept formulations, product testing and fine-tuning as well as regulatory advice.
