Omya strengthens presence in North America with the acquisition of specialty chemical distributor, Hall Technologies
Omya has reached an agreement to acquire Hall Technologies, Inc., a specialty chemical distributor headquartered in St. Louis, MO, with sales reach throughout the Midwest and Southern United States. The acquisition will enhance Omya’s distribution network in North America, bolstering its position amongst the top-ranked global specialty distributors.
